Motivated, business professional with a long history of construction and business management, in addition there are several significant commercial and industrial projects that where accomplished.  There several start up operations that are both for profit and non profit.  The ability to quickly adapt to situations and have the experience to cope with not only operational issues, but also project, field, client and governmental issues.  Personnel management that span multiple projects and states simultaneously with a talent for motivating people that produced a  feeling of ownership.  Competent in working multi cultural personnel in communicating desired results in a way to maximize the outcome; this has become necessary in the construction industry and business in general.  Working with insurance and bonding companies to maintain the best possible working environment to maximize the bottom line without damaging the proficiency of the operational aspects.  Significant understanding of the scope of governmental agencies such as the State of Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.  This experience extends to not just the operational aspects, but also the initial access into the markets.  A working knowledge of the politics involved in the process has always had a role in maintaining a working raptor with owners, competitors, and vendors.  In addition working with many municipal organizations, more specifically City’s and County’s adding additional markets while maintaining the core focus of the organization.  Diplomatic and tactful with both professionals and non-professionals at all levels.
